On Your Own: Safety & Confidence for Life’s Next Chapter
Whether it’s college, travel, a first job, or just more time away from home — stepping into independence brings both excitement and new challenges. On Your Own is a personal safety class designed to help teens build confidence, set boundaries, and know what to do when something doesn’t feel right.
This class is especially great for:
High school juniors and seniors preparing for college or campus life
Teens just starting to drive, date, or navigate the world independently
Any young person ready to learn real-world safety skills
We primarily serve girls and young women ages 15–21, but our instructors are trained to adapt the curriculum to fit your group — no matter who’s in the room.
