Who can attend this workshop?

This workshop is designed for women aged 18-85 years old. It is open to all skill levels, from complete beginners to those with some experience in self-defense or martial arts.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Avoid wearing jewelry or anything that might get caught or damaged during the exercises.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

No, we'll provide all necessary equipment, including targets and protective gear. Just bring yourself, some water, and a positive attitude!

Is this workshop safe?

Absolutely. The workshop is conducted by experienced instructors who prioritize safety. All activities are designed to be safe and are supervised closely.

Do I need any prior experience in self-defense or martial arts?

No prior experience is required. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some training. Our instructors will guide you through all the techniques.

What if I have a physical limitation or health condition?

Please inform us of any physical limitations or health conditions when you register. Our instructors can adapt exercises to accommodate various needs. We've taught deaf people, blind people, people in wheelchairs, elderly people, people with bad backs ... If you are alive and have a will to hit something, we will find a way to adapt to your ability level.

How long is the workshop?

The workshop lasts 90 minutes, including a brief warm-up session, instruction and practice time, and a cool-down period.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! We encourage you to bring friends. However, each participant must have a purchased ticket to ensure we have the proper headcount and equipment. One member of your group may purchase multiple tickets, but class size is limited, so everyone must have a ticket.

Will there be any breaks during the workshop?

The workshop isn't long enough to accommodate planned breaks. However, you are welcome to step off the mat at any time to rest and hydrate. We recommend bringing a water bottle.
