We are Worth Defending: Empowerment Self-Defense

As a child witnessing the physical abuse of a loved one, I set a boundary early on that I would be able to defend myself if faced with the same situation or similar circumstances. I first gained mental strength and the physical strength followed. In addition to teaching self-defense classes, I am also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor that strives to build strength and endurance with my clients so that they can be prepared to save their lives or the lives of someone else if warranted. Life can be tough, but being prepared for those tough situations is the difference in being resilient or breakable. I am a community influencer that promotes, encourages, and trains others to live and enjoy a high quality of life through health, wellness, fitness, balance (yin and yang), happiness, calmness, and empowerment.
