At IMPACT:Ability, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities through tailored self-defense and assertiveness training. Our adaptive, trauma-informed curriculum not only teaches essential safety skills but also fosters confidence, self-advocacy, and the ability to set personal boundaries. By providing specialized empowerment training and abuse prevention strategies, we strive to help those with special needs navigate their world more safely and confidently.
IMPACT:Ability aims to reduce the risks of abuse by teaching skills centered around:

- Emotional self-regulation
- Adrenaline management
- Healthy relationships
- Reporting
