Empowerment Self-Defense Program

Introductory empowerment self-defense.

Learn skills for every day emotional and physical safety.

We are Worth Defending: an Empowerment Self Defense  project of IMPACT Safety is coming to your neighborhood. Empowerment self-defense is a key violence prevention strategy. Empowerment self-defense explores the myths of aggression: perpetrator profile, societal context of resources, the legal system, and the criminalization of self-defense to marginalized populations. Join us for this 2.5-hour training. Find your voice and learn everyday safety strategies. Space is limited.

Suggested Donation: $50-$100.  To keep our classes, open and accessible to all, we ask that you contribute at the highest level you can.
