Mother Daughter Self-Defense Class!

Fundamentals of empowerment self-defense for Mothers and daughters

Come learn the foundations of self-defense (awareness, intuition, and boundary setting) in a fast and effective way. These skills will boost your confidence, increase your awareness and give you practice in empowerment self-defense. This class is perfect for mothers and daughters to do together – both learning and supporting each other in the basics of self-defense.

When: Saturday, May 21, 2022 10:00am – 12:30pm

Location: Levee Event Center, 670 Harmon Ave., Cols, OH 43223

Group Size: 10 – 20 participants

Ages: Daughter between the ages of 10-17

Suggested Donations: $65, $75, $85. To keep our classes, open and accessible to all, we ask that you contribute at the highest level you can.
